A kiosk caught fire this morning at Bryant Park's Winter Village in Manhattan.

A fire broke out inside a holiday market kiosk at Midtown Manhattan’s Bryant Park Winter Village on Friday morning, officials reported.

The incident occurred shortly before 9:30 a.m., and the New York Fire Department (FDNY) quickly extinguished the flames. While no injuries were reported, the fire caused damage to the kiosk, an adjacent booth, and the roof of the ice-skating rink, which sustained heat-related impacts, according to Battalion Chief Joseph Castellano.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, the FDNY stated.

The department shared photos of the aftermath, revealing the damaged kiosk and charred debris.

According to NBC New York, the Bryant Park shops are scheduled to close for the season on January 5, while the ice-skating rink and winter wonderland will remain open through March.
